Where are your orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped directly from China.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted. Once your order has been delivered, you may return it for a full refund if eligible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders are typically shipped the business day after processing. During holidays or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, estimated delivery times are between 7–15 business days.
